We had a fabulous time staying in the Santo Spirito area - much more quaint and less touristy the the center. The rooms are spacious and an excellent fit for our family of five.
We struggled with the check in process over Vrbo with the property manager. They rent it out through another platform as well and do not appear to be familiar with VRBO
The heat was also inconsistent - one room appeared to me set on a low limit and other room was never cool enough.
