Spacious apartment in the Florentine neighborhood of S. Spirito, only a five minute walk from the historical centre of Florence and from the train station. The property is located in one of the most famous and rich in history areas of the city. Close by you can find many restaurants, night life and of course artisans workshops.
The apartment is in via della Chiesa, only a few minute walk from the famous square and basilica of S. Spirito. The Arno river is close by, so is the most famous places of Florence (the Uffizi, the Duomo) and the Boboli garden with Palazzo Pitti.
Located on the second floor of an historical Florentine building, the apartment has just been renovated. It has a wide sitting room with living area and a dining table, a kitchen, three double bedrooms and an upper loft with two single beds, perfect for children. Each room has it\'s own private bathroom.
The interior design is the typical Florentine one. High ceilings in wood beams and cotto, wooden furniture, white walls in lime. The style is simple, but neat and elegant.
Perfect for a family or a group of friends who wish to spend a holiday in the famous Florence. Every need, since the apartment is located in the centre, is walking distance. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops, buses, train station, overground to the airport and to other areas of the city.

Location is ideal if exploring Florence on foot. It’s near everything a first timer would want to explore. Plenty of space for the five of us in three bedrooms with a large living/family room. Right next to a lovely cafe for coffee and croissants in the morning. If you go when it’s warm you must use a key to enable the air conditioning. We weren’t aware of that, gave up and left windows open for fresh air circulation. Big mistake - we all got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Tile floor could use a vacuum and mop but slippers solved that… otherwise very clean.
