About this villa rental
This stone villa is situated in small village Zastolje and offers luxury of fully equipped modern house and at the same time you can enjoy in peaceful nature which surrounds it.
The house has two fully equipped kitchens, as well as living and dining rooms.
It is suitable for 11 persons and has 5 bedrooms and in every each there is air condition as well as TV. There is also 5 bathrooms in house.
Outside the house you have over 1000 square meters just for yourself to enjoy in total privacy.
There is swimming pool with sunbeds, outdoor kitchen and barbecue with dinning table in nice shade. You can spend your time playing table tennis or just enjoying on lounge furniture. If you are on vacation with children, then they can enjoy on kids playground as well as on lawn.
Just 3 km away there is village Gruda where you can find supermarkets, post office, pharmacy, cafes, hair dresser, restaurants...
Since there is poor public transport, we recommend you to have / rent a car during the stay.

Perfect for a family holiday, the 2 houses have enough room to give everyone space but the outdoor space was the high point. The pool and facilities for children were fantastic and the outside seating enough to accommodate our group of 11. The owner was helpful and accommodating and we would not hesitate to book again. Great location for a quiet holiday but close enough drive to everything you need. Looking forward to our next stay at this amazing villa.

The property is well located just 20 minutes from the airport in a small village of less than 10 houses. It is an excellent location for a quiet holiday, yet only 4km to village with shops etc. The property is set in beautiful grounds and has a reasonable swimming pool, table tennis and a trampoline, so there are activities to keep all ages happy.
Nico, the owner, dropped in to clean filters in the pool every couple of days. He was very unintrusive. We had an issue with a local dog coming on to the property and as soon as he knew he found a solution.
All in all, I would absolutely recommend this property for those seeking a quiet break.

Fantastic service from Stijepo from the start and lovely to meet the owner, Niko, when we arrived.
The villa is exactly as pictured but the location and overall amenities and outdoor area of the villa surpassed what we thought.
The villa is two separate houses but this suited us with the number of guests we had. The pool is amazing and the number of different outdoor seated areas are fantastic for whatever time of day it is.
You will need a car, due to the country location but the views are stunning and make the holiday.
It is an easy drive to Dubrovnik, just takes around 45 mins due to the slower roads.
Two of our group booked the kayaking, snorkelling and cliff jumping at Dubrovnik, just at the city walls, and loved it.
The local grocery store is more like a Spar type size but you can get everything you need and all of the locals are so helpful.
There is an award winning restaurant just outside Gruda, with outside tables tucked away by the river and under the trees. The food was delicious and well worth the visit.
Stijepo helped us with car hire, transfers and also we could have booked excursions though him also.
Would highly recommend this villa and Stijepo and Niko and his wife. Stunning villa and fabulous part of Croatia 🇭🇷
