Gps lose pokazuje do parkinga, dobila sam video sa objasnjenjem ali na engleskom, mali problem , pricam hrvatski i francuski, na telefonu ista stvar. Osobe koje se okupiraju da pokusaju da dodaju jos jedan jezik hrvatski ili francuski. Hvala

The property had an amazing view, everything was clean

The fact the we told them we was going to check in at 4pm they didn’t send us the information for checking and parking until 5pm and they didn’t even tell us the room number 30 mins later, we was standing outside for an hour and it was hot. The neighbours was racist towards us and makimg complainta that was not true. When is was them making all the nosie and their dog was barking so loud in the night and making noise through the night. The staff couldn’t understand what we were saying i think having staff that understand what is being said is essential and the customer service was not the greatest, no one was by the front desk to assist us in the property although the was a phone number to text, that wasn’t helpful at times.
