About this house rental
If you live in a large city, then it is likely that you sometimes feel that there is a monotony and an alienation from the nature around you.
In the picturesque village of Emponas of beautiful Rhodes at an altitude of 700m you will find for your stay a newly built rustic house, where stone, wood and other natural materials combine to create a place with a traditional and cozy atmosphere.
It is a two storey house consisting of three independent spaces and accommodates up to 13 persons. On the first floor there is the appartement "Smaro" which is 65 sqm with two bedrooms and accommodates 6 people. The apartment has fireplace, heating, air conditioning, satellite smart TV and free wifi. The kitchens are fully equipped with electrical appliances and household utensils. On the roof there is a calm and relaxing area with 5 person jacuzzi, a sitting area, and a grill. There is private parking space. During the summer season, you can freely use the swimming pool of the hotel Ataviros, which is 400 meters away from the accommodatiοn.
The house is located in the upper village at the foot of the mountain, in a quiet neighborhood overlooking the village, the sea and the imposing Attaviros. An opportunity to discover how local people live, taste local recipes and taste homemade wine at the wonderful taverns.

Was sollen wir sagen.... Einfach toll. 😊 Wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Obwohl wir erst am Abend kamen, klappte der Check-In problemlos. Es ist eine große geräumige Wohnung wie beschrieben. Gemütlichler Wohnbereich und die Küche hat alles was man braucht, auch wenn mal selber gekocht werden möchte. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" hat ein französisches Bett also nur eine Matratze und ein Laken. 🙃 Aber es gibt ja noch ein zweites Schlafzimmer. ☺️ Die Betten sind alle sehr bequem. Von dem Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Dorf (man ist fast das letzte Haus vor dem Berg) und in der Ferne sieht man das Meer. Wir haben immer draußen gefrühstückt und auch am Abend draußen gesessen. Der Pool des in der Nähe gelegen Hotels kann genutzt werden und ist sehr schön. Ebenfalls ist das Restaurant dort zu empfehlen. Die Tavernen im Ort sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings ist der Weg recht steil, da sie in der Dorfmitte liegen. Wer also nicht so gut laufen kann sollte mit dem Auto fahren. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft die wir gerne wieder buchen würden. Vielen Dank an den Besitzer der uns sogar am Abreisetag ein paar Stunden länger hat bleiben lassen. 😊
