Aegean Blue Villas are located in southern Rhodes, very close to the villages of Kalathos and Lindos. All of them offer private swimming pools and amazing views of the Aegean. The rate is including all inclusive and water park access in Mikri Poli Resort. Grab the best value for money in Rhodes! All villas conveniently accommodates up to 5 guests and Eleni villa up to 7, promising a memorable stay.
Eleni Villa accommodates up to 7. It has two fully air-conditioned floors with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony, and the other with two single beds. There is one bathroom on the first floor and a WC on the ground floor. Also, there is an annex bedroom with its private entrance that has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The ground floor also features a tastefully decorated comfortable living room furnished with Italian leather, with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. There’s free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Also, it has a fully equipped kitchen suitable for any meal preparation. Outdoors, you will find a private swimming pool and a deck with sunbeds and parasols for you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun and the fantastic sea view. Also, there’s a BBQ facility and a sitting area where you can enjoy a gathering with your friends or family. You will spend your vacation in complete privacy in the truly serene environment of southern Rhodes, and you will have easy access to all sorts of conveniences and sights, and beaches.
Mikri Poli is a 4 star Family resort with restaurants, where you can enjoy free meals available only by the snack -pool restaurant every day for specific hours, and an amazing water park, as well as a theatre, and multiple venues for many summer activities. Kolymbia is a 20-minute drive from the villa. (This offer is valid during the resort's seasonal operation starting from 25/04.)

Kalathos Village is partly traditional and partly a small resort village that has many visitors. It offers one of the longest and cleanest beaches on the island and guests will find it within walking distance. Also, guests will find everything they need such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. Guests should also visit Lindos which is less than a 10-minute drive away from the villas. Lindos Acropolis is the most extraordinary archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Paul’s beach. The airport of the island is found within a distance of a 50-minute drive. Last but not least, you should consider visiting the Medieval Town of Rhodes which is only a 50-minute drive away.

We loved our time at the villa. Location was great bus stop just down the road to get to lindos and taxi back just €12.. You need a car so you can go to the beach. The villa is much bigger than we expected. We wanted to book again for next year but unfortunately it was fully booked 👌

Ondanks het prachtige weer, het mooie zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht op zee waren we helaas tóch teleurgesteld.
De ontvangst in het Mikri Poli Resort is bij de receptie waar je uitleg krijgt hoe je moet rijden naar de accommodatie 20 minuten rijden verderop.
Niets dan lof overigens voor de vriendelijke medewerkers van dit all in resort waar je als huurder van het huis gebruik van mag maken. Heerlijke buffetten, super!
Aangekomen bij het huis zat de sleutel in de voordeur. Geen welkompakket en zelfs geen water in de koelkast, helemaal niets!!
Het huis was absoluut niet schoon, kleverige vlekken op het aanrecht, stoffig, geen schone vloer!
Boven in de slaapkamers bleken de bedden alleen te zijn opgemaakt met een deken en onderlaken, de bovenlakens moest jezelf doen, die lagen klaar, vreemd!
In een van de slaapkamers was de lamp stuk en er was ook geen leeslampje.
De badkamer is verschrikkelijk klein, je kunt er niet met twee mensen tegelijk zijn. Het afvoerputje in de vloer had geen afdekplaatje waardoor er een gat in de vloer zat, precies voor de wasbak met gevaar dat je er in bleef steken met je voet, slordig!
Woonkamer: ruim en licht maar de blauwe sofa of uitklapbed die op de foto's staan in de omschrijving is er niet. Er staat gewoon een eenpersoons bed in de kamer, ongezellig!
De TV en Audioinstallatie werkte niet.
Keuken: pannen, bestek en borden is voldoende aanwezig maar geen broodrooster zoals wel vermeld staat in de omschrijving.
De oven was heel erg vies en er was maar 1 keukendoekje verder niets.
De WC beneden (in de keukenruimte!) is heel erg klein je kunt je er amper bewegen. En er stonden ook nog een emmer en bezems van de schoonmaak? in, deze spullen hebben we maar buiten gezet.
Wat het meest teleurstellend was: de overlast van het verkeer. De enige en heel drukke doorgaande weg, de E95, raast op een paar honderd meter langs het huis, heel erg veel lawaai!
Als je op het terras bij het zwembad zat was het beslist niet stil of rustig zoals mensen in andere reviews schrijven.
Als laatste wil ik noemen dat het terras, de tuin en het zwembad niet geschikt is voor kleine kinderen, ik zou er nooit met mijn jonge kleinkinderen naar toe gaan.
Ondanks het bovenstaande hebben we wel een mooie vakantie gehad op Rhodos.
