About this apartment rental
This large unit is made up of two separate but connected apartments: it is a fantastic solution that allows you to have great privacy, even if there are many guests inside;
moreover, both units are on two levels, connected by two wooden stairs, with a bedroom and a bathroom on each level: this further solution increases even more the privacy between guests.
It's very luminous and very silent, third floor, no lift (like the most part of the builds in the old town, but with very large and easy to climb stairs), in an ancient and noble palace.
Space: 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry corners.
Beds: 2 single beds or 1 double bed for each room;
there are also 2 sofa-beds in the two living rooms;
finally 2 cots are provided if necessary.
This is the equipment of the house:
- two kitchens fully furnished (dish-washer, oven, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, american coffee machine, Moka, kettle, blender, toaster, every dishes, pots, pans and tableware, etc..),
- washing-machine,
- dryer,
- iron and board,
- air conditioned in every room of the houses,
- fast internet wifi,
- etc..
LOCATION: the apartment is in Pepi street n.65, so really central; it's an amazing position because you don't need a car or bus to visit the major artworks of the old town!
Markets, groceries, restaurants, garages, etc.. are near by.

We had the most amazing week in Florence! We loved the charming accommodations and the location was perfect! We could walk everywhere from the apartment. Plenty of room for our large family. Beds were comfy. We felt safe to walk home at night. Massimo was very easy to communicate with.The whole week was magical! We would stay here again!

Our family vacation included 4 children under 8, 2 seniors and 5 adults. This property was perfect for us! We had lots of space and wonderful amenities. The location was perfect! We could walk to almost everything! Massimo and Nina communicated with us promptly and effectively. We would highly recommend it and would love to return!!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful Florence apartment. It’s full of historic charm and perfectly located—many of the city's major sights, restaurants, and shops are just a short walk away. The area feels safe and vibrant, making it easy to explore on foot and soak in the local atmosphere.The apartments themselves are cozy, giving a true Florentine feel. One thing to note: it's on the top floor with no elevator, so be prepared for some stairs.Overall, a memorable stay in a fantastic location—ideal for those looking to experience the heart of Florence!

Massimo is very accommodating and a great communicator! The location of this property is great, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Duomo and 20 minute walk from the train station. This is the perfect stay for a large group, we comfortably fit 15 between the two apartments. Massimo was very understanding of late trains preventing our original check in time and communicated all that was expected and needed very effectively via WhatsApp. I highly recommend staying with Massimo!
