Fantastic location near the Duomo and great accommodation. Lovely shared kitchen /diner and lounge/diner

Location was perfect. 15 minutes walk from the train station . Close enough to the Duomo we could see it from our window. ( see photo) There's even a good cafe next door for breakfast. There are four rooms in what feels like an old apartment, although it's been done up to a very high standard and every thing looks new. Our room was lovely and the bed really comfy. The ensuite was great and even the shower gels and shampoos were great. There was also a very well equipped shared kitchen with a coffee machine and a lovely sitting and dining room next door. There was even a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. the apartment has a balcony that also has a view of the Duomo

nothing.

This stay was a huge disappointment and nothing like what’s shown in the photos. After arriving and comparing the apartment to the listing, it became clear that the pictures are deliberately misleading, taken at extreme angles to make the space look far larger than it actually is. The apartment is dark and depressing, with little to no natural light. The bedroom is extremely small (approximately 2 × 3 meters) and has no window to the outside world at all—only an internal window—making it feel more like a cell than a bedroom. The bathroom is another disaster. The shower is so small it feels kid-sized and is completely impractical for an adult. Housekeeping is non-existent. Even for stays of five days, there is no cleaning, no refresh—nothing. And somehow it gets worse: if you ask for additional towels after a few days, you’re charged extra for them. Yes, paid towels. Paying extra for clean towels after several days is not just unreasonable, it’s honestly unbelievable. Overall, this property bears little resemblance to what is advertised online. Between the misleading photos, lack of basic services, and nickel-and-diming for essentials, this place is impossible to recommend.
