This beautiful property, recently restored, is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with your family or your friends. It is a charming semidetached- house with exclusive outdoor heated hydromassage bath in the fenced-in garden, offering accommodation for 6 persons.
Immersed in the Tuscan countryside it overlooks a beautiful valley with views on the village and on the Apennines dividing Tuscany from Emilia Romagna.
The area is ideal to spend your holiday in Tuscany, adjacent to the National Park of the Casentinesi Forests, the Chianti Rufina and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, it offers a real relax and allows you to enjoy a wonderful landscape, to go trekking or hiking on mountain trails, to taste the traditional cuisine and wine of Chianti Rufina and Mugello, to visit the Natural Park of the Casentinesi Forests and the several small villages and art cities around the villa
The birthplace of Giotto and Cimabue is few kilometers away and a fascinating archaeological site containing the ruins of the ancient Romanesque San Martino Church and of an Etruscan building can be visited near Frascole
Shops, supermarkets, banks and the railway station can be found in Dicomano, only 10 minutes drive from the property.
From the small railway station in Dicomano you can easily take a direct train to Florence and in 30 minutes you' ll reach the historical center of this world famous town.
The Bilancino lake is 20 km away and the endless beaches of the Adriatic coast (Rimini Riccione etc ...) are only 140 km from the property
The elegant Villetta ( 6 sleeps), semi-detached but with an exclusive and independent entrance, has been recently renovated with taste.

The heated hydrommassage bath, 4 seats or 2 comfortable loungers, will make you appreciate the peace of these places even during the cool days in springtime or in autumn: the warm water pressure will make you feel the stress evaporate and heighten your well-being. The spacious veranda equipped with table, chairs and a barbeque, is ideal for 'al fresco' dining and will make this place even more fascinating.
Car parking is available, either inside or outside the property.

We stayed at the villa in April, so not the main season and it was great - plenty of space and very well equipped. In particular, the Wintergarden is an amazing place to hang out. The position is also central enough to visit less visited places like Ravenna, Forli, the closeby national park, as well as Arezzo, in addition to the classical Tuscany.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa una settimana con la famiglia.
La parte migliore della casa è sicuramente la veranda, il paesaggio che si può vedere da lì è stupendo e guardarlo comodamente dal divano è veramente rilassante e piacevole.
La casa si trova un po' isolata da grandi centri ma con la macchina ci si sposta comodamente e abbastanza facilmente.

Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig.
Das Haus liegt in Hanglage mit Blick auf die Berge.
Die Vermieter sind freundlich und jederzeit Telefonisch erreichbar. Wer Motorrad fährt, sollte sein Motorrad nicht vergessen.
