Enjoyed close proximity to the beach though the walk is not through nature. It’s several streets of a neighborhood and more accurate a 5 to 10 minute walk with children rather than short five minutes. Owners and manager made the most of the property, however, Home would feel more spacious and inviting if there was better attention to detail. for example, surfaces of furniture and dressers, cluttered with decorations rather than space to place your own items. More clear directions for guests about way to get to the beach and some of the confusion on the property like other doors or use of the amenities that seem shared like the outdoor shower might improve experience. Still overall we appreciate the space being available for our family to vacation And maybe we’re just picky, because our kids didn’t mind any of the parts that my wife and I thought could be improved.

We love Dillon Beach and have stayed at a variety of homes; it’s a casual beach town and we aren’t picky…wouldn’t stay here again. We stayed over thanksgiving and were planning to watch some football, fox sports, nothing premium- even though this showed cable and basic tv there wasn’t any, no help from host or property management. Place could also use a good cleaning: dust on footrests, mold on shower curtain and fan was gross. Luckily the beach is always beautiful. Pick somewhere else in DB there are lots of options.
