Comfort, location quiet
It will be great to provide clear instructions on how to find iron, how to access the garden and the fact there is a shared kitchen also allowing access to the garden. Also add nice addresses bars, etc. for different type of clients

Location is excellent. Easy to get around the City. Walking distance to Central Station and all sites. Bath was modern and bed very comfortable/

Comfortable bed, nice apartment.
If the owners would take a little care of it, it would be great.
- There's no elevator; the stairs are steep and very narrow, and you could have an accident on them, especially when carrying luggage. WARNING: It is a very high third floor and the light usually goes out when you are in between floors.
- The coffee machine doesn't work.
- There's not a single glass in the room; I found one small coffee cup. I managed to find glasses in the kitchen downstairs.
- The sink faucet is broken and is flying everywhere.
- The toilet constantly leaks water.
- The shower assembly is not practical; water spills everywhere (the shower is open to the bedroom)
- It is cold.
- The switch for the floor lamp by the sofa is loose and difficult to switch on and off.
