Wat een keurig en schoon appartement! En van alles voorzien!
Een paar extra lampen zou prettig zijn, zoals een leeslamp bij de bank en bij het bed.

Ein sehr sauberes, geräumiges, ruhiges und gemütliches Appartement. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war angenehm (allerdings ausschließlich auf französisch).
Das Bad war zwar sehr sauber, aber es roch etwas unangenehm, vermutlich aus den Leitungen. Eine Rechnung habe ich leider nicht erhalten.

Apartment has everything you need for a couple days stay and is quite comfortable.
Hosts are incredibly nice and accomodating.
Wifi works great and with no hiccups.
Location within a walking distance to a train station and metro station.
Be aware that there is no A/C (which is unfortunately a standard in Brussels) and the apartment is in the non-insulated building.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor with only a narrow wooden access staircase so it can be a challenge for people with mobility issues.
Dish drying rack was moldy.
+ This is not the safest of neighborhoods and it shows + streets are incredibly dirty so the smell can be quite unpleasant.

It was centrally located. We like the fact that it was near the train and metro station. This is the way we get around.
