About this villa rental
Villa Maslina has everything you need for a great holiday. Renovated in 2009 and updated every year it has four double bedrooms in the main house and two in the adjoining guest wing with 6 shower rooms and a cloakroom plus 2 put u up beds available. The living space has a modern fitted kitchen, dining room to seat 12, sitting room with great sea and mountain views and a snug with Sat TV . Outside the villa is surrounded by safe fenced terraces with sea views, large charcoal BBQ and dining terrace with Tiki Bar and stools, sitting areas and a sun trap courtyard. There is a flat deck Roman style pool (sun all day) and it is a totally private space with large fully equipped sun terraces, and landscaped gardens. The grounds surround the house with darts and table tennis . Secure parking for 5 cars and a separate laundry.
The Villa is very safe at the end of a no through lane but only a 5 minute drive from the beaches and shops. Montenegro has a low cost of living with a good bottle of wine (1 litre) from 2 euros and all basic food at excellent prices. Join our facebook group lusticavillas for up to date info and news. Easy Jet/other other low cost airlines fly the route from Manchester / Gatwick/European cities to Tivat 20 mins from Villa low ticket prices for May / low season.

Villa Maslina is owned by the Chapman family and has been advertized with the old Owners Direct and now with Homeaway since 2011 some of the family live in the same village and will meet you on arrival.

We had a wonderful stay in Montenegro! The house was super cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay. Thank you for everything!

The house is amazing and even better than we expected the communication and service from the owners was outstanding they assisted with arranging trips and recommend places to visit we would recommend them to everyone

We have been staying at Villa Maslina for a week and unfortunately we have to leave tomorrow. The villa is very clean and of exceptional quality with all amenities including free wifi access. Lovely pool and garden. Stupendous views of the surrounding area. Montenegro is the most beautiful country and we would highly recommend this villa.
Gail and Hugh, the owners were so nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Very peaceful and quiet but easy to get to the shops, beach etc and ideally suited for touring around southern Montenegro. We would recommend hiring a car.
We visited the national park and Lake Skada together with Tivat, Kotor
And other places. The beach down the road is very pretty and well sheltered. Water was so clean. We had some wonderful meals out and were very surprised how cheap it is. We found the local people extremely helpful and friendly even when we couldn't understand the language, although many have pretty good English.
We shall be so sorry to leave and will definitely return in the future.
