About this villa rental
Our holiday Villa is matchless for giving you that 'home away from home' feeling. Comfortable, modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light and direct sea-views. Perfect for few families or a group of friends sharing wishing to be together but also have their separate space. The villa is fully air-conditioned in the summer and also equipped with heating which can be used as heating during the cooler months.
The property also includes a generous garden and swimming pool area equipped with summer kitchen, BBQ & sun loungers, where guests can really enjoy their time relaxing by the pool and eating alfresco. A removable safety fence to keep poolside safety to a maximum allowing parents the freedom to enjoy being poolside with little ones.
well positioned , a short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and a beaches with crystal clear water.
Other restaurants and many sea activities such as sailing, kayaking and more are dotted along the seafront.
The historic town of Herceg Novi is a ten minute drive with its delightful old town and picturesque harbour and sea front, there you will find much larger beaches with a great range of lively beach bars and superb restaurants.
please note that occasional noise can be heard from passing cars in front of the villa.
in addition there are 3 car parking spaces reserved for staying guests.
Djenovici is a short drive from Herceg novi and Kotor - both nice towns with great markets. Hiking up Subra is a must and hiking along the ridge above Kotor bay is spectacular. A nice way to relax after busy active days is with a nice long cocktail at Tramontana followed by dinner at Konoba Catovica Mlini...its really tasty and has been well reviewed by Lonely Planet, Fodors, World Top 7

This property was perfect for our family holiday and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for somewhere to accommodate a large group family holiday. The pool was a perfect size, all three levels were self contained and the outdoor kitchen and dining area were great. There is a wonderful beachside walk with bustling restaurants and bars all along it called Bambi beach, this is only a ten minute walk from the property. All of the businesses along that beach catered for families so we had many good evenings down there. If we were to come to Montenegro again I would not hesitate at booking this property again, it had everything we needed and the resort of Denovici is beautiful and unique.
