Awsome owners , beautiful atmosphere and great view. It was a lovely experience with our large friend group everything was so clean and very modern we enjoyed every second of our stay. Location was very nice and close to every tourist places. The facility giving the vibe of luxurious. And again 10/10 view.

I liked that it had parking spaces. The staff were very friendly, made us feel very welcomed.
Shower head was small with little pressure. Very difficult to shower.

Upfront I have to say that the best thing about this property is the staff. They are super nice, very receptive to our needs and quickly to solve our problems.
In general, the property is ok.
The room had a beautiful view of Kotor and the bay.
The propertry has a pool but we did not use it because the weather was not suitable for using the pool.
The restaurant is very nice.
The property has seen better days. It is clear that this property was very beautiful once... maybe in the early 2000s... now not so much. You can see this in the little things, for example, the sofa in the living room was broken. There was also a problem with the sewage - a strong pungent odor came up the sewage in the shower. Having some knowleadge on these issues, I know this happens when the sewage system is old and stuff get clogged.
I think that the price is high for the level of maintanance of the property.
