About this house rental
Near the castles of the Loire (Azay-le-Rideau, Chenonceaux, Amboise, Montresor ...), the Brenne (its ponds, its regional natural park) Beauval zoo (world famous), the zoological reserve Haute-Touche and Loches. Independent cottage of 150 m² on a plot of 4000 m², for 6/8 people.
Ground floor: living room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen open to dining room, office, separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds (one with shower room), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet.
Pool 8m x 4m unheated terrace, Wi-Fi, barbecue.
Linen provided (duvets, pillows, mattress covers, undercovers, tea towels, shower mats).
Possibility of providing bed linen (5 € per room).
You will be asked upon your arrival:
- A check for the household of 40 € per week and 20 € per week-end;
- A deposit check of 300 €.

We loved our time in this gite, perfectly located close to local amenities, the cottage was well equipped and the pool was an added bonus. Would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing break.
