Logement fonctionnel et bien équipé. Les 3 chambres avec chacune une salle de bains est un vrai plus, idéal pour 3 couples. La pièce de vie n'est pas très grande mais tout à fait convenable pour 6. La décoration est moderne. Le linge de lit agréable. Le frigo grand et cuisine bien équipée. Malgré la proximité de l'autoroute le logement est très calme à l'intérieur. Hôtes trsè sympathiques. Proche de différents lieux de visite et de la ville de Tours.
L'escalier n'est peut être pas très recommandé pour des jeunes enfants. Le calme extérieur à la belle saison doit être relatif au vue de la proximité de la route mais les pare bruits jouent leur rôle.
