Ideally placed, superb duplex apartment of 49m2 with sea view, very bright with WIFI connection.
All Deauville on foot, beach, casino, downtown, market, shops, train station 10 minutes walk.
Free parking at the foot of the residence.
Apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
Apartment with terrace.
1 bedroom: double bed (220x240 duvet or blanket).
1 bedroom cabin: sofa bed for 2 people (220x240 duvet or blanket).
1 fireside chair is at your disposal for a 5th person or a sofa bed in the living room. (blanket)
1 cot for a baby is at your disposal
Fully equipped kitchen: 1 hob, microwave oven, oven, coffee maker, kettle, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils, toaster, fridge with freezer and washing machine.
1 living room with a TV with DVD player + BBOX TV.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, il n'est pas utile de prendre la voiture pour aller en ville, endroit très calme, une seule remarque c'est l'absence de volets dans les chambres endroit à conseiller.

L’appartement est très bien situé et offre une très belle vue depuis un grand balcon, tout est accessible à pied.
En revanche nous effectuons une réservation pour 12h et apprenons 3 jours avant que nous ne pourrons accéder à l’appartement qu’à 15h et que nous serons prévenues s’il est libre avant. Le jour j nous ne sommes en aucun cas prévenues que l’appartement est prêt alors qu’il l’est bien lorsque nous nous décidons à entrer.
Enfin, la chasse d’eau des toilettes n’aura pas fonctionné tout au long du séjour.
