Deauville, sea view, rue des villas, beautiful modern apartment in a luxury residence on the seafront.
55m2 apartment with terrace and balcony in the living room in one of two rooms.
Living room with television, dining table for 8 people, open kitchen (oven, 3 induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, Bluetooth speaker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer).
Baby highchair and cot.
2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be closer. A television in each room.
A sofa bed in the living room with 2 beds.
Free WIFI.
Terrace with a garden table and 6 chairs.
Residence with elevator, caretaker and direct access via a private road to the beach.
Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Possibility of parking also free outside the residence.

Lovely property, with it being on the border to deauville and Tourgéville, town centre is around a 15 minute walk, or walk 5 minutes directly on to the beach through the private grounds and take the scenic route, deauville its-self is a beautiful town, with up market restaurants and very very clean beaches and the famous boardwalk, finally being quite central in Normandy this makes an excellent base to drive and explore, most things are within an hours drive, event mont-saint michel is just under 2 hours. The apartment was well kept, we was greated by a concierge who gave us some basic advice on access requirements and directed us to the ungerground carpark which is a bonus because parking in France is very expensive. The turn into the carpark does require skill and I feel if you had a big estate car it would become a 6 point turn but we managed. The balcony looks directly out to the sea and it’s nice watching the sunset in the evening!! The only frustration was the gate leading to the beach broke halfway though the stay however, the complex is well maintained and within hours a sign was put up by the maintenance staff. It’s probably fixed by now!! Would recommend.

The property wss ideally situated, close to brach and main shopping areas. Parking was very useful once one got uded to driving in and out of the garage.
Plenty of room in the apartment for the 2 of us and had all the urensils that we required.
Very much enjoyed walking from the room down to and along the beach.
All in all we had a super time.

Sur les deux chambres , une est aveugle pas de fenêtre.
Dans ma chambre une seule lampe de chevet. Evier de cuisine bouché, j'ai dû intervenir. La literie est très inconfortable. Très déçu par cette location.
