This house with character and sea view has been fully renovated in 2014 and is located in the village centre and 200 m from beaches in a fenced garden planted with trees. There are 5 bedrooms including 3 with toilet and 1 with private shower room, a bathroom with double vanity unit, shower and bath, 3 toilets, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a laundry room, free Wi-Fi and a South-exposed terrace. It is the ideal starting point for hikes and varied visits of the rich heritage of Brittany but also for relaxing family holidays while playing quoits and table tennis and enjoying the water activities of the 5 beaches of this charming seaside resort. This was our second stay in this house - we came back because of its charme, the beautiful terrace in the spacious garden, the well equipped kitchen, the excellent shopping facilities nearby (baker, fish, crustaceans, butcher) and of course the beautiful surroundings.

We've stayed in a number of good holiday homes in Brittany and Normandy - this, however, is easily the best. Not only are the house and gardens superb, the location in the centre of Lancieux (beautiful seaside village/town) is impossible to fault. Although I don't usually like going back on holiday to where I have already been to - this would definitely be one of the exceptions. Highly recommended.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Le Roc Fleuri with our family. The house has been renovated to a very high standard, is tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. We were surprised to find how well equipped the property was with excellent cooking facilities, copious crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. We all felt we had plenty of space to relax and yet could come together for family meals. Our granddaughter loved her first experience of the beach and we all enjoyed the treats from the local boulangerie and boucherie.
