Agence Cocoonr offers this cosy 240 m² villa in Erquy, very close to the town of Erquy and its port. It boasts a large south-facing terrace and 400 m² garden in a peaceful setting.
The Villa des marins is a fully renovated 240 m² house on 3 levels that can accommodate up to 14 people. The living room is large and bright, so you'll feel right at home in the cosy atmosphere. You'll love the well-equipped kitchen for preparing your favourite recipes. A large central island can accommodate up to 14 guests.
On the ground floor
- A large open-plan kitchen (filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine).
- A lounge with sofa and armchairs, TV and piano.

The area
Shops and market in town centre 7 minutes' walk away, bakery less than 5 minutes away, ideal for fresh bread every morning. Pedestrian path to Caroual beach via the viaduct, 15 minutes away, large sandy beach, a paradise for sand yachts and water sports. The Centre d'Erquy beach, smaller but in the heart of the town, sheltered between Cap d'Erquy and Pointe de la Heussaye, is bordered by a pedestrian seawall with a children's play area.
Water sports activities :
Courses available at the sailing club: sand yachting, dinghy sailing, kayaking, catamaran sailing, windsurfing and equipment hire for a trip out to sea!
Kitesurf, paddle and surf school, boat trips to discover the Caps d'Erquy and Fréhel.
Sea outings on an old sailing ship, the Sainte-Jeanne.
Information on all these activities is available at the Maison de la Mer in Erquy harbour.
Don't forget your bike for a stroll through the town, along the harbour, or to explore the various districts of Erquy...
And for those impressed by Erquy's uneven terrain, electrically-assisted bicycles are available. Cap Fréhel and the port of Dahouët via the greenway are within everyone's reach with an Electrically Assisted Bicycle. Bikes can be hired from the Erquy Tourist Office or Cap Evasion (camping des Salines Plurien).
