You will appreciate the location of this house for the proximity of major tourist sites: Paimpol, the island of Bréhat... but also for its tranquility and the many hiking trails in the countryside or the forests of Penhoat-Lancerf on the banks of the Trieux (classified Conservatoire du littoral).
This house of character is bright, spacious and very well equipped. You will enjoy its flowered and closed courtyard facing south.
Decorated in a marine spirit, we have taken great care to equip it so that you can have an excellent stay. You will find:

1 very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, toaster, Malongo coffee maker, electric kettle, as well as many utensils for those who like to cook)
1 living room with wood stove, television and Hi-Fi system (radio and CD)
1 bathroom (with bathtub)
Upstairs:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm)
1 bathroom with shower and toilet

Flowered and closed courtyard of approximately 100m2 facing south with garden furniture, garden sofas and barbecue

La maison est agréable et bien équipée (literie bonne) l'environnement est calme. Nous avons été bien accueilli et renseigné par Yann. Paimpol est à quelques kilomètres.
