Sea view with balconies, immediate access to the beach of L’Ecluse (less than 100 metres), it also has a large private terrace of 15 sq.m, palm trees, and equipped for your relaxation and comfort.

A large living-dining area of 25 sq.m (2 sofa beds, LCD TV, DVD, Hi-Fi), table for 4-8 people, 2 balconies with views of the sea and the islands, a fully equipped kitchen (multi-function oven, induction stove, coffee maker, etc.).
- One 16 sq.m single bedroom with a king size bed with canopy.
- A 6 sq.m bathroom.
- A 15 sq.m terrace.
- An entrance with storage space.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Dinard. L'appartement est très agréable, lumineux, confortable et proche de tous les commerces, du marché, et de la plage. Nous avons tout fait à pied ! Je confirme qu'il est très bien insonorisé : aucun bruit ne monte des restaurants voisins. Nous sommes ravis de notre choix !
