About this apartment rental
In an ancient villa named KER MARIE, 300 m from the beach and coastal path priory, 2 steps from the market and shops downtown. The villa is located in a quiet street lined with pretty houses Dinardaises, whose passage is only reserved for residents. It will be possible to park your car in the street or in other nearby streets (non-paying).
The recently renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a small building, its surface is 42 m2. It is very bright with East West facing windows. It can accommodate 4 people.
It has an entrance from the kitchen and living room, a first room with a double bed (160 * 200) with blankets, a second bedroom with trundle beds (80 * 190) duvets 150 * 200 cm, a separate toilet and a shower room.
The apartment has been renovated with great care by bringing comfort and functionality needed for a good holiday. The kitchen is fully fitted. The bathroom furniture, double bed, the sofa and stereo equipment (TV and stereo Bluetooth column) are new. Some furniture was antique flea markets in the region.
For parents with very young children, a cot is available.
In the master bedroom, a bridge and an old English dresser will be useful to store clothing. It is the same for the smallest room which has a wardrobe. In the hallway, a shoe cabinet is also available.
In the living room, an old coat hanger will receive jackets and other.
Board games and children's books are available to animate your evenings. Plans Dinard and tourist brochures are present in the apartment. Internet access is also available.
In the back yard of the villa, we have a garden patio with a table and chairs for lunch or rest and another local, convenient for storing beach business or otherwise. This courtyard is also used for drying towels and linen, also the apartment with a washing machine.

A very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great central location.

The beautiful apartment is located very near to bakery, market and supermarket, a little longer to the beach (15 minutes walk). Parking only for smaller cars as the street is narrow. Apartment and kitchen were fully equipped, there even were boardgames and books for children. Two bedrooms, kitchen, WC, bathroom as advertised, all clean. Patio was nice in warm weather. The proprietor, Sylvie, was very friendly and helpful. Can recommend this place 100%.
