About this house rental
We are very happy to welcome you to our country house, whose garden borders the Loir. The house has been completely renovated and decorated by us. The large garden is magnificent, the Loir’ shores are very peaceful, with beautiful sunsets. The house, 180m² on 4 levels, is located 5 minutes walking from the village center, with all convenience stores. You can enjoy a large kitchen, a well-equipped dining room to accommodate 10 people and a living room with a stove.
The house has five bedrooms which can accommodate 10 people in total, with two bathrooms including one within the master bedroom, which has a Queen Size bed. Three other bedrooms are equipped with 140x200 double beds. One last bedroom offers two single beds.
You can park very easily in front of the house, free of charge.

Great well equipped property with large garden backing onto the river and well located to visit Le Mans. La Chartre Sur Le Loire is a lovely village with a number cafes and restaurants. The old house has been well converted to a high standard over 4 floors with a very well equipped kitchen and dining area. However it should be noted that there are just two separate WC’s and the two shower rooms are accessed via bedrooms (and don’t have WC’s).

Attended the Le Mans Classique motor race and used the house as our base. More than enough space for 5 of us and we enjoyed walking into the main square of La Chartre sur Le Loire where we enjoyed dinner and drinks at Hotel de France. A beautiful part of France - do enjoy the views of the river at the rear of the property!
