About this villa rental
Villa with full river view, direct access to the river Rance, and expansive garden and lawn.
Perched on a landscaped garden of more than one hectare, this large home offers a unique view of the Rance river. A veritable oasis, with outdoor areas for dining and relaxing, you can easily get together with friends.
With 1700 square feet, the house can easily sleep 8 people, and includes:
- A large kitchen with direct access to the terrace and open to the living room. It is equipped with a fridge, stove top, oven toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining table for 8. The kitchen contains all the essentials for cooking and eating.
- A large living room with a fireplace and large floor to ceiling windows / glass doors, with an exquisite view of the river.
- Four bedrooms on two floors:
o Two master bedgrooms on groundfloor sharing one bathroom with shower
One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds on the second floor. Bathroom with shower.
- A water closet (toilet) located at the entrance of the house, near the kitchen.
- The garden and lawns cover 1.5 acres, with flowers, trees, and parking for at least three cars. The terrace has a barbecue and outdoor dining table and chairs. The house and grounds are enclosed and very private.
- Wifi included
- Option to moor a boat with a small house, small boat provided.
- Located near St. Malo (12 km), Dinard (7.5 km) and Dinan (19 km)
- 9 minutes by bike (no bike provided)
- The price includes water, electricity, and heating.

A fantastic property with views that are second to none. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly.The only two things that could have been better were that although the property advertised that the bed linen was supplied we were informed just 1 day before arrival that we needed to bring our ownSecondly we unfortunately could only enable 1 phone to be accepted on the WIFI system.

Fabulous setting looking over the Rance. Relaxing weeks break with family 4 adults & 2 small dogs, who enjoyed the vast gardens. Plenty of areas to sit outside & follow the sunshine. We ate outside whenever we stayed home with mostly BBQs. Confusion over whether linen included? Comfy beds & plenty of space for 4 not sure if would suit 10 people especially if not good outside weather. Nice dog walk from the gite & plenty of lovely medieval towns to explore nearby Dinan, St Malo & Dinard with beach. Dog friendly beaches a bit further about 1hour north west but worth the drive for a day of sunshine. Kayaking & boat trips nearby & hot air balloons taking off from the next field! Overall a fabulous time had by all & hope to return some day. Thanks for our stay.

Great position for accessibility to beaches,and pretty towns. Very peaceful in April. However it was too cold then for outdoor living so furnishings were insufficient for 8 people. E.g. 4 dining chairs for 8 people and although 7 low stools were supplied for the kitchen- these were uncomfortable for tall people) Mattresses were good but only 3 headboards for 6 beds. No curtains at patio window in main bedroom overlooking garden at ground level. Great for admiring the fabulous view but the shutters are unnecessary when in property (and were the only privacy alternative on offer)The TV is situated next to upstairs bedrooms - one bedroom obviously for children with just 2 basket chairs on offer for viewers- tv is normally found in lounge area for whole group to watch. Upstairs loo unsuitable for tall men as insufficent headspace.
