Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play in complete peace and quiet. A 15 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to share good meals outdoors and make the most of the fine weather.

The sunken lounge, comprising several sofas and armchairs, a television and a fireplace, creates a warm atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Going up a step, you will access the dining room, equipped with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people and opening onto the garden through a large bay window bringing beautiful light. The open-plan kitchen, opening onto this space, is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
On the sleeping side, the house has 4 bedrooms located upstairs:

- Bedroom 4: two single beds (80x190)
A bathroom with bathtub, toilet and hairdryer as well as an independent toilet complete the accommodation.
5 parking spaces are available in the garage and on the property of the house, and you will also be able to safely store up to 5 bicycles in the garage.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, as well as baby equipment (travel cot, high chair, bath and potty).
