About this house rental
Contemporary house located in quiet and sought after area of Erquy. Terraces and south facing garden exhibition.
- On the ground floor :
A large living room with wood stove and open fitted kitchen (induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, full appliance, nespresso coffee machine, raclette, pierrade, waffle iron etc ...)
A double bed 140 bedroom with private shower room.
Separate toilet.
- Upstairs :

1 bedroom with 2 single beds
Bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
- Garage with freezer, washing machine, dryer, possibility to park a vehicle with bikes etc…
- HEATED POOL from the beginning of May to September (with balneotherapy bench), 9m * 4. 50m depth 1. 50m, secured by electric shutter. "Relaxing" wooden terrace with deckchairs.
- Main terrace with garden furniture and gas barbecue
- Annex terrace under arbor with garden furniture.

A lovely home with everything necessary for a wonderful Vacation in Bretagne. Despite the terrible unavoidable weather for most of the week, our family of 7 had a great time in this holiday home.
Our youngest members were 5 and 10 and there were so many toys, books, board games and even a PlayStation 2 to keep them occupied when the weather was bad.
The heated swimming pool was enjoyed by us all, even when it rained.
The house is very well equipped and is located in a very convenient area of Erquy with ease to the great beach, town, shops and restaurants.
Communication with Valerie the owner was very easy and she was very attentive and kept in touch during our stay.
We truly had a lovely week and would not hesitate to recommend this house and area to friends and family and would definitely consider a repeat visit.

This is a brilliant house in a fantastic little town called Erqay. Big house with 4 double rooms, massive open plan kitchen/diner. Big garden with two seating areas and best of all, a big HEATED pool. So on the last day there was basically a hurricane but the kids were still in the pool all day. On the hot days you could have been in Spain sunbathing and swimming it was so nice. The house is a 3 min walk to the great sandy sheltered beach at Erqay, with the port and 10 fancy restaurants/crepe/ice cream shops another 1-2 mins away. Absolutely perfect in every way.
