About this apartment rental

The apartment is located on the seafront with direct access to the Minihic beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Saint-Malo. Refurbished in 2017 with a contemporary decoration, it can accommodate 2 to 4 people (T2 - 57 m2).
With a 180 ° view of the sea, the beaches and the Pointe de la Varde, you will be in the front row to admire the sunset behind the Isle of Cézembre.
A parking space, a storage space (nautical equipment, bikes ...), everything is there for you to spend a stay with your feet in the water.

The apartment is located in a small residence facing the sea and quiet. Access to Minihic Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast, is done directly from the residence without having to cross a road. The residence is closed and access to the apartment secure.
You will have a reserved parking space in the residence.
The apartment is located on the 1st level. It is crossing, the bedroom is oriented on the garden, the living room which is facing the sea is in the raised ground floor. There is no step to access the apartment.
The accommodation consists of a large living room which is extended by a furnished loggia with breathtaking views of the beach and the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, toaster, an electric kettle and coffee maker.
The living room is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed (140 * 200), an armchair, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker. In the extension of the living room, a loggia is furnished with armchairs and a dining area to enjoy the exceptional view.

The bedroom is equipped with a large bed (160 * 200) and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
The toilets are independent.
You will also find a large storage cupboard in the sleeping area. All rooms are fitted with double glazed windows and electric shutters.

Baby equipment available: folding bed + comfort mattress, booster, bath and dishes.

The apartment is equipped with WiFi.

On request we offer:
- sheet: € 15 / bed
- house linen: 10 € / person

For water sports enthusiasts, a garage accessible only to residents in the basement and with direct access to the beach allows you to store equipment (surfboard, canoe, kitesurf, paddle ...). This space also allows you to store bikes.

Property was easy to find, the location was great, the cleanliness was excellent, as were the sea views. The beach was easily accessible, and there were good walks in both directions. The apartment had everything we needed, the handover was normative and very friendly. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy a short walk (5 mins). The drive into Parama, was about 7 mins where all the shops you needed were available with ample, free parking. The drive onto St. Malo was about 12 minutes again with lots of parking and a huge range of bistros, restaurants and bars. Easy access to the rest of Brittany. A fantastic place to stay!
