At the foot of the village of Montiano is the Farm "La Fontaccia", ancient stone farmhouse typical of the Maremma. Sort since its origin as the housing estate, it is situated at the foot of a hill in front of the village of Montiano The villa everything a guest could want to enjoy a dream vacation. The villa offers an optimal environment for holidays of families and groups of friends from 10 to 16 people, with large spaces elegantly furnished, privacy.
The Maremma is one of the most fascinating areas of Tuscany, where progress has not affected the ecosystem that is admired today in all its beauty. We are spoiled for choice between a day at sea on the Silver Coast, or an excursion to the Etruscan and Roman sites, medieval villages, in the footsteps of the Medici, the Orsini and Lorraine, to the many museums of the Maremma, parks artistic, well-being spa, a short distance from the sea of Talamone and of 'Argentario. In company they raise horses and cattle and cultivated saffron, olive trees. Making crops of fodder and cereals. Guests can take walks on the property (50 hectares with artificial lake) and have available a garden adjacent to the house. Guests are accommodated in the main house, on the first floor, and a spacious studio converted from the old cellar downstairs. The decor is typical rural with authentic period furniture; the spaces are wide and comfortable; The structure is within a real farm. For guests there is a swimming pool (7x14) open from June to September. Masonry boxes available for horses; obstacle course in the sand (40x55).

C'est un endroit magnifique, nous avons passé un très bon séjour! La piscine est très grande et bien située. La maison est ancienne avec de très beau matériaux. Nous remercions Alessandro qui était à notre écoute et qui était très accueillant. La vaisselle était en grand nombre et jolie. La literie est bonne. Par contre, certains détails sont à améliorer : le lave-vaisselle est à l'étage (or les repas étaient dehors en terrasse), il n'y a pas de lave-linge (ils nous ont prêté le leur), pour les douches le débit d'eau est très faible, des chiens aboient souvent la nuit et une location voisine est à proximité.

Sehr zuvorkommend, sehr bemüht, sehr nette Leute, leider nur ein kleiner TV ohne Sat. Schüssel und ohne German TV im OG.
Küche im OG schön, im UG fehlt die Dunstabzugshaube, ist aber egal denn ein Ital. Espressi geht auch auf kleiner Flamme.
Man schläft prächtig und die Vögel singen von Sonnenaufgang an....TOSKANA
Die tolle Umgebeung, die umliegenden Restaurants, das kleine nahe Bergdorf mit der dortigen Pizzeria (nicht die am Fußballfeld am Ort) sowie der Tante Emma Laden im Dorf sowie die naheliegenden Weinbastionen und das großzügige Areal mit dem klasse Pool und Tischtennis Platte entschädigt für alles wenn es mal regnet...
Der entstehende Neubau wird toll und nun endlich auch für kleinere Gruppen von rund 4-6 Personen benutzbar. Das Highlight für unsere Kider war der selbstgebaute Pizzaofen unten anden 2 Grills. Echte Holzofenpizza ist mögich. Holz und Brikets bitte wenn möglich selbst mitbringen oder im entfernten Baumarkt kaufen.
Die Tiere sind alle zugäglich und zutraulich vor allem der Hund Pierra ist der Star des Geländes!

Très bon accueil et très sympathiques hôtes. La maison correspond à la description, extérieur bien agréable. Nous recommandons cette location pour une grande famille ou groupe d'amis. Nous avons eu très chaud la 1ère semaine d'août et la maison n'est pas équipée de ventilateur ou climatiseur hélas.

We stayed seven days in two appartments. The place is part of a small farm with horses, ducks, cats, etc. around. Everything was very nice, the appartments are clean and especially the pool is great! The landlord and his family live next door and are very friendly people. We had a very relaxing week. Nice beaches are between 15 to 30 minutes away with the car. We liked especially the beach at Principa a Mare.
