This beautiful holiday home is located in the Val d’Orcia, and has a large garden, fully equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, table tennis table, table football and a wonderful panoramic swimming pool (15x7,50 mt, open May-Oct) overlooking the fields of the farm estate, where one can relax and read a book.
Surrounded by peace and quiet this lovely farmhouse is on two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people.
On the ground floor there is a large hall divided into a kitchen with island, a sitting room with fireplace and dining area. This room has direct access to the garden and a gazebo. On the ground floor there are also two other kitchens with fireplace and sitting room area, with direct access to the garden and four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, of which two have wrought iron staircases leading to a gallery with a single bed. On the first floor there is a fourth kitchen with wood-burning stove and a sitting room area, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and another double bedroom with a bathtub in the room, an en-suite bathroom fitted with shower and a wooden staircase leading to a gallery with single bed. There is the possibility of adding 2 pouf beds, suitable for children. Wi-Fi. Hair dryers.
The villa is surrounded by gently rolling hills, and it is near Castiglione d’Orcia (12km), just a few kilometres from the famous spa waters at Bagno Vignoni (10km) and Bagni San Filippo (7km).
Other distances: Pienza (20km), Montepulciano (23km) and Montalcino (27km).
