A super nice house in a great location! All bedrooms are super, kitchen is great, overall it is a very high quality house in all details. Host is communicative and friendly, cleaning is beyond what you can exepct. Great place to bringa a dog as the garden is fenced. The beach is super nice and nearby villages are stunning.

This large apartment is very well equipped. We were able to cook some wonderful meals and also eat out on a couple of occasions. The views are wonderful and everyday offers a different photo opportunity. The bedrooms are a good size and bathrooms modern and clean. The use of the private beach was a bonus allowing us to swim twice a day. The only issue was one of the coolers was not working and it was VERY hot when we were there. More portable fans would be most welcome. Communication between us and the host was excellent. Comes highly recommended.

Positives: - Das Haus hat eine wunderschöne Lage mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See - Der Zugang zu dem kleinen Privatstrand ist nur zwei Gehminuten über die Straße (Vorsicht mit Kindern, die Einheimischen fahren wie die Henker und nehmen selten Rücksicht auf einen Fußgängerüberweg) - Das Haus ist groß und geräumig mit tollem Balkon/Terrasse und bietet viele Möglichkeiten sich auch mal aufzuteilen oder seine Ruhe zu haben - Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es war an Geschirr und Besteck alles da, was man brauchte Negatives: - Von Sauberkeit kann hier nicht die Rede sein! Sehr viele Spinnweben, klebrige Armaturen in den Bädern, klebrige Tische innen und außen, verdreckter Grillrost. Ich frage mich, warum wir für die Endreinigung extra bezahlt haben, hier wird offensichtlich nur das Allernötigste gemacht - Die Ausstattung im Außenbereich ließ auch zu wünschen übrig. Teilweise kaputte Sonnenliegen und -stühle. Sehr einfache und ungemütliche Stühle auf der an sich herrlichen und großen Terrasse. - Der private Zugang zum See wird (berechtigt) von der ganzen Siedlung dort benutzt und ist sehr klein. Um in den See zu hüpfen und sich abzukühlen oder eine Runde zu schwimmen ausreichend, zum Liegenbleiben und Sonnenbaden eher nicht. Insgesamt wirkte das Ganze leider etwas lieblos. Würde man etwas mehr in die Außenausstattung, bessere Terrassenmöbel und vor allem in die Sauberkeit investieren, wäre dies fraglos ein 5-Sterne-Objekt. So jedoch leider nicht!
