About this villa rental
Approximately 5 km south of Laveno is the tastefully furnished 4-room house "Villa Mavica" in a quiet and sunny location directly on the lake. The living area of approx. 220 m² spreads over 2 floors and is distributed among u. a. to a living / dining room, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Thus, the charming house offers enough space for up to 6 people. From the outdoor area, the living / dining room and the bedrooms you can enjoy a magical view of the lake. Modern comforts such as satellite TV, free wireless Internet access, a dishwasher and washing machine are extremely helpful in making your stay as comfortable as possible. The balcony, the terrace and the approximately 120 m² private garden invite you to linger. Enjoying the romantic sunset over the lake during a barbecue is a memorable experience for everyone involved. If you do not just want to relax in a deck chair but also like to swim, you can reach the lake over a few steps. The small town of Reno di Leggiuno with its idyllic harbor, the beach and a restaurant is about 1 km away. If you would like to be pampered with culinary delights at home, a chef is also available on request. If you are a culture lover, there are plenty of new things to discover nearby in Varese with the "Eremo di Santa Catarina del Sasso Ballaro" or the "Villa Panza", and the Lombard metropolis of Milan can also be reached in about one hour by train from Laveno reachable. A boat mooring can be rented on request in about 200 meters from the harbor. Within the closed property there are two parking spaces available. We enjoyed our week at Lago Maggiore. The house is beautiful situated on the lake. The house fullfilled our expectations, well equiped, beautiful garden.
