Villa "Bice", built in 1950. 800 m from the centre of Laveno, 200 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 500 m2 with trees. Motor access to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 550 m, railway station "Laveno" 1.1 km, ferry "Laveno - Verbania" 1 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 9 km.

Geweldig mooi groot huis met een mooie tuin en terras en veel ruimte in het huis, dichtbij het meer en dichtbij het centrum van Laveno, op loopafstand naar het station.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage und der Ausblick auf den See sind sensationell und machen einige andere Mängel wieder wett. Einige Matratzen sind recht alt, W-Lan funktioniert nur sehr schleppend, ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Küchenausstattung ist eher dürftig, keine Deckel, Pfannen, so dass man sie lieber nicht benutzen will. Als wir kamen (Ende Mai) war es noch sehr kalt, es war nicht möglich eine Heizung anzuschalten, im Haus war es dadurch sehr ungemütlich. Sonst alles top!

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig. Durch das Durchgangszimmer ohne eigenem Bad nur bedingt für Gruppen geeignet. 2 Bäder wunderschön renoviert. Das Bad beim Durchgangszimmer älter/öfter kein warmes Wasser. Die Matratzen schon etwas durchgelegen. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind gut ausgestattet. Der Gartenbereich nicht gepflegt. Für 8 Personen sind nicht genügend Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Zum See mindestens 15 Minuten. (keine 200 mtr.) zu Fuß. Keine Bademöglichkeit. Keine Straßenbeleuchtung zum Haus
