Spacious, tastefully furnished and renovated in 2014 bright three-room apartment with balcony in a listed historic estate (Zehnthof) with central heating. The apartment has a daylight bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, two nice bedrooms with a double bed (160 and 180 cm wide) and a living room with dining area and a modern kitchenette (with fridge, oven, ceramic hob and microwave).
Bus connection 15 minutes to the center of Würzburg, stop nearby, bakery, butcher, drinks, various restaurants within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy and a general practitioner. Various playgrounds and a stream with a nature-protected section provide for outdoor recreation. Centrally located in Wü-Lengfeld, yet quiet and close to nature, ideal for a relaxing stay with children.
Traditionally spirited wine festivals as well as upscale gastronomic offers in Würzburg and surrounding area ensure your physical well-being. Sights such as the Marienburg Fortress, the Käppele, the Residenz with the Hofgarten (UNESCO World Heritage Site), the historic old town with market square and Marienkapelle, Wildpark Sommerhausen, shipping on the Main and the surrounding historic cities, B. Lovely flat located a minute walk from bus stop. Easily take the bus to downtown Würzburg. Close to a bakery, restaurants, and a short walk to grocery stores. Very spacious home with everything you need for your stay away.

Sehr gepflegte, gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung . Ruhige Lage, dennoch sehr zentral . Vermieter sehr freundlich , Kontakt lief reibungslos. Gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely, very spacious, clean apartment, good layout as one bedroom at each end of the apartment. So easy to access Wurzburg on the regular bus which is right outside the apartment.
Excellent local amenities within walking distance.
Just a few (very small) negatives; rather basic facilities in the apartment i.e. no iron or ironing board, lack of some basic kitchen equipment, no wardrobe in second bedroom and only one mirror, ladies like mirrors. Bus time table was there but not up to date.
Very small outside area for guest use.
Debate on the church bells which peeled very early each morning, did disturb 2 out of 4 in our party the other 2 loved them!
