About this apartment rental
The modern, 75m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults. A toddler can sleep in the parents' double bed. There is also space for a baby travel bed. The apartment is located in a trendy area, close to the center and still quiet. The old town can be reached in 4 minutes by tram. A parking space reserved for you is right on the doorstep (up to two additional parking spaces can be provided if available). The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of the house. Please note that there is no elevator.
A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains. The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further you are already on the Main and along the river you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" while you walk into town. There is a bakery with breakfast and coffee in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, doctors, bank, hairdresser, a grocery store and much more.

Small children who sleep in their parents' bed or in their own cot are free of charge.
Smoking is only possible on the balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment!
Your stay ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Extension possible for a surcharge.

Ich it haben die Wohnung mit 7 Personen gebucht. Der Checkin Vorgang lief super problemlos und die Wohnung ist unweit von der Innenstadt gelegen. Wir sind oft zu Fuß gelaufen (ca 15-20 Minuten zur City), es fährt aber auch alle ca. 10 Minuten eine Straßenbahn in die Stadt. Wir konnten sogar schon etwas früher in die Wohnung, was auch sehr praktisch war. Die Vermieterin Eleonora ist super nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und hat 7 bequeme Betten. Ausstattungstechnisch ist alles da was gebraucht wird, und war auch alles sauber (inkl. Handtücher und Bettwäsche). Checkout war ebenso unkompliziert. Also alles tip top. Kann man weiterempfehlen!
Das einzige was wir nicht verstanden haben, ist warum das Schneidebrett festgeklebt ist.

Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Top Ausstattung der sauberen Wohnung (Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank, WLAN etc.), gute Anbindung mit der Tram, Supermarkt 5 Minuten zu Fuß, ruhige Umgebung.
