About this apartment rental
The modern 45m² apartment on the ground floor can accommodate up to 5 adults. A toddler can sleep in the parents' double bed. The apartment is located in a trendy area close to the center and quiet. The old town can be reached in 4 minutes by tram. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, etc. are of course available. A parking space reserved for you is right on the doorstep! The apartment has air conditioning.
A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains.
The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further you are already on the Main and along the river you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" while you walk into town. There is a bakery with breakfast and coffee in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, doctors, bank, hairdresser, a grocery store and much more.
Equipment: large LCD TV (game consoles can be connected HDMI), DAB radio with Bluetooth, refrigerator with freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, mixer, hair dryer, washing machine with dryer -> washer dryer

Small children who sleep with their parents in bed are free of charge.

Das Apartment war sehr praktisch und sauber. Man hat sich wohl gefühlt! Insgesamt fanden wir es etwas teuer (zB passte die hohe Reinigungsgebühr für uns nicht dazu, dass die Betten noch von uns bezogen werden mussten), aber waren absolut zufrieden.

Einzimmerwohnung mit vielen nützlichen Dingen (Toaster, Duschgel/Shampoo, 1 Strandtuch etc.). Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, einzig die Matratzen etwas zu hart.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und in Top Zustand auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Einziger Mangel ist, dass alles sehr hellhörig ist und man sehr leise sein muss.
