The 60 square meter apartment in the basement has been completely renovated and can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with 3-star freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
In the living room there is a double sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite TV and a fireplace, which invites you to cozy hours. The bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed and a pull-out bed with two additional 0.90 x 2.00 m mattresses. Wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. Bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer. Storage room with washing machine. 1 basket of wood included.

Car parking space, covered small patio, protected courtyard
When booking inquiries with children, please indicate the age of the children!
The one-time service fee for bed linen, towels, final cleaning, etc. is € 30 (plus € 10 for every additional person from the 3rd Person). The prices include all utilities (heating, electricity, water, gas ...).

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, auch wenn man selber kocht. Der Kamin hat uns schöne entspannte Stunden zum Abschalten beschert. Wegen der Nähe zum Main und der Stadt haben wir unser Auto kaum benutzt. Nur zum Einkaufen und Erkunden der zauberhaften Weinorte in der Umgebung. Wenn wir noch mal nach Würzburg reisen, werden wir gerne wieder diese schöne Wohnung buchen. Vielen Dank an unsere nette Vermieterin, für die sofortige und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit ihr.

This was a spacious and well located apartment within walking distance to downtown. The bedroom was large and the kitchen well appointed. A parking space was a definite bonus!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und ist in sehr zentraler Lage. Man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen und das Auto einfach stehen lassen. (der Parkplatz gehört zur Wohnung)
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

De woning is heel netjes , heeft een nadeel , er staat een kachel waar hout in gestookt kan worden , deze kachel (pijp) stinkt soms heel erg . Ontzettend jammer !!
