In the courtyard it is possible to park the car and two new bicycles are available to guests. The building is of a single owner who lives on the upper floors, and is inserted in a group of two or three-storey houses in a quiet and very peaceful area
The apartment consists of a large living room with kitchenette equipped with dishes and everything needed for cooking, a comfortable sofa bed, a comfortable and bright bedroom, with double bed, bedside tables, small desk, 50 "4K TV with NETFLIX and a wardrobe with internal light, an elegantly furnished bathroom with a large shower. The house is furnished with new and modern furniture, embellished with original and refined accessories, many of which are memories of world travel. The apartment is located in Osteria Nuova a fraction of Rome Capital, a few meters from the Braccianese provincial road. Nearby you can reach the ancient village of Santa Maria di Galeria not far from this, there are the ruins of the city of Galeria Antica from the Etruscan and then medieval era, now emptied.
Near the apartment there are grocery stores, a greengrocer, a pharmacy, a bar, a pizzeria, a post office, a bank and various services.
The neighborhood, Osteria Nuova, is served by two bus lines atac 024 and 030, the closest stop is only 100 meters from the apartment. The first connects with nearby Cesano and the relative train station (just 5 minutes away), the second instead runs along the Braccianese to La Storta passing through the Olgiata. The FL3 Rome-Viterbo line, which stops at all stations connected by buses 024 and 030, Cesano, Olgiata and La Storta, represents the main connection to Rome, in just 30 minutes you will be in Rome San Pietro, or going down to Valle Aurelia you can do the change with the subway line A that serves the entire historic center.
At about 5 km you reach the town of Anguillara Sabazia and Lake Bracciano, where the three medieval villages of Bracciano, Anguillara, Trevignano Romano overlook.
