The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. The holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly staggered behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.
The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, the Triopetra bay and the surrounding landscape of southern Crete offers unforgettable holiday moments.
The holiday house is set on elevated ground floor, approx. 5 steps above garden level. The house has a beautifully furnished living/dining room with adjoining kitchen in matching colours. he sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or teenagers. From the living room you get to the bedroom and the bath. From all rooms and terraces of the house you can enjoy a beautiful, wide view across the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of south Crete. From both, the living room and the bedroom, there is direct access to the front terrace of the holiday house with a magnificent sea view.
Secluded tranquillity, Mediterranean country idyll, a charming coastal landscape, magnificent sandy beaches and a very clean sea is what you can expect in this part of the southern coast of Crete.
The distance to the next village Akoumia is about 10 km. The distance to Spili, where you have a wide choice of shopping facilities is approx. 20km. There are some taverns on the large beach of Triopetra and also on the small Triopetra beach just below your accommodation.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, auf einer kleinen Anhöhe mit einem unglaublich tollem Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus ist für zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool wurde von uns täglich mehrmals genutzt und bietet ebenfalls einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Zudem gibt es ausreichend bequeme Liegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr gut erreichbar. Rundum ein fantastischer Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an Jassu für die einwandfreie Organisation! PS: Wie im Süden Kretas üblich kann es sehr windig sein - dies hat den Vorteil, dass es die Temperaturen aber sehr gut erträglich macht

War ein sehr schöner Urlaub im Triopetra View 2. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Plätzchen und einen tollen Meerblick. Gerne wieder.

Wonderful house in a wonderful area, surrounded by fantastic seaview, mountains, sunsets, sheeps. Very nice hosts, thank You again for everything, You were fantastic! We had a great time, even though a view days (we have been early in the year, already in march) wasn´t very nice.Die ersten Tage waren frustrierend, wir konnten fast nur drinnen sitzen, so hatten wir uns das nicht vorgestellt. Sobald man etwas Richtung Tal gelaufen ist, war der Wind fast verschwunden... Wir hatten ehrlich gesagt auch extra angefragt, ob es ein Haus für März ist. Das war es nur bedingt. Das ist aber keine Kritik am Haus, sondern an der Agentur. Für die Jahreszeit und bei meiner Anfrage wäre ein anderes Haus im Tal vermutlich besser gewesen... Dennoch sind es unglaublich nette Besitzer, das Haus ist natürlich toll gelegen und auch sonst super eingerichtet. Konkreter Vorschlag: Sicher könnte man die Terrasse gen Westen gegen Wind schützen. Da hat es schrecklich gezogen, so dass wir die Terrasse vor der Eingangstür überhaupt nicht nutzen konnten. Auch abends hätten wir mit Windschutz sicher draußen sitzen können. Lediglich vormittags konnten wir auf der anderen Terrasse sitzen. ich kenne die Witterungsbedingungen nicht, vielleicht ist es im April schon viel besser... Ansonsten wäre Windschutz wirklich gut für eine Vermietung zu der Jahreszeit. Vielleicht mit einer Glasscheibe? Auf der anderen Terrasse von Triopetra View 1 ist ja kaum Wind... Das wäre oben auch gut. Dann ist das Haus perfekt - auch für März.
