The residence is made entirely of stone. The walls have a thickness of 50 cm and this makes it sturdy but also insulated. The windows are equipped with energy saving glass (Low-e). They include antimosquito screens. In a both traditional and modern environment you will enjoy the magic of nature and the quietness of a village. You will probably wake up from the singing of the birds that have made nests outside the house, or from the sound of the goats and the sheep in the adjacent fields. The morning sun will fill the batteries of the energy house while the solar water heater will heat the water for your bath. The comfortable sofas in the lounge will help you relax and enjoy the TV program on Android TV 4K Ultra HD. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, cooker, and everything else you need to cook, cooking utensils, glasses, cups, forks and knives. Your meal can be enjoyed in the traditional dining room or outside under the pergola enjoying the view of the mountains.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We felt immediately at home with the peaceful surroundings and beautiful view. The house was so clean and the beds were comfortable, as were the outside seating areas. The pool was fantastic, clean and a good size. We spent lots of time relaxing by the pool. On our trips out we visited local beaches and also beaches on the west coast, which were about an hour drive. Falasarna beach was our favourite. We hired a boat at Kissamos to visit Balos beach. We ate out in Chandia old town and enjoyed the walk around to the lighthouse. Eleni and Michalis were the perfect hosts. Attentive with any concerns and changed our sheets, towels and cleaned the pool, half way through our stay. We would definitely recommend the property without hesitation and would love to visit again in the future. Thank-you for a lovely holiday

Wonderful peaceful property with magnificent views. Great size pool too. The property has everything you could need for your stay. The hosts communication was great, meeting us at the property on arrival & coming to do a laundry change during our stay. She also kept in touch throughout our stay (without being intrusive) and was on hand for any questions. A beautiful property in a beautiful area. Would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived we were in contact with the owners, the villa is amazing. Everything you could wish for has been provided, aswell as checkins with the owner to make sure we had everything we needed.. The place was immaculately clean. Will definitely stay again.
