About this villa rental
Casa Clementina is a newly built villa situated in the small village of Santa Maria just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano. Lucignano has very ancient origins dating back to Etruscan times and you should not miss a visit, even if only to admire its unique elliptical walls, which are still intact. Today in Lucignano you can experience the quiet life of a country village that still maintains the oldest Tuscan farming traditions.
From Casa Clementina you will reach the village in a short walk, and it will only take a single evening's sight of the facades of its ancient buildings, its small squares and its stone alleyways to make you fall in love with this charming little village suspended in time.
In Lucignano, as well as good restaurants which you will definitely visit more than once to taste the local cuisine and excellent wines, you can do your shopping in small, typical village shops. Supermarkets and all services can be found in Sinalunga, about 5 km away.
The villa has a completely fenced garden, a beautiful private swimming pool (size m. 10x4, depth m. 1,20-1,60 - open from 01st May to 30th September ), a barbecue and a large porch next to the kitchen furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outside and relax in the summer evenings. The large living room on the ground floor, the spacious kitchen corner, the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it particularly suitable for groups of families or friends, who could spend a relaxing holiday there.
The villa location, between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, is also particularly ideal if you want to move around and visit Tuscany and the main cities of art such as Arezzo (30 km), Siena (40 km), Florence (90 km) and even Perugia (70 km).

Très jolie maison familiale, pratique et bien conçue. Elle est au cœur de la Toscane ce qui permet de jolies visites.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison.

A brilliant holiday home in a great location. We travelled as two families and there was plenty of room to all have our own space; we especially loved the bedroom balconies for sitting and relaxing in the morning.
Pool was a great size for the younger members of the party and the house was so well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Excellente adresse! Maison très bien équipée, spacieuse et fonctionnelle avec une très belle piscine que nous avons beaucoup appréciée étant donnée la chaleur toscane.Terrasse très agréable, grande cour pour garer 3 voitures, portail électrique permettant dêtre en parfaite sécurité.Le petit village de Lucignano est charmant et nous avons aimé nous y balader le soir et profiter de ses petits commerces et cafés.La maison est idéalement située pour visiter tous les lieux touristiques en 1 heure de voiture maximum.Nous recommandons vivement la Casa Clementina![English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve]Great place! House very well equipped, spacious and functional with a very nice pool that we have appreciated because of the Tuscan heat.Very nice terrace, large yard to park 3 cars, electric gate to be in perfect safety.The small village of Lucignano is charming and we enjoyed walking there at night and enjoying its small shops and cafes.The house is ideally located to visit all tourist places in 1 hour maximum by car.We highly recommend Casa Clementina!
