About this house rental
Fully Private holiday home in Tuscany-Versilia with sea view.
The location: Montebello is between Montignoso and Pietrasanta and belongs to Strettoia. It is a strip in the first hill above the sea overlooking Forte dei Marmi, the hillside landscape and the sea.
The nearest airport is in Pisa, about 40km away.
Florence is about 100km away, the coast of Cinque Terre 40 and can be reached by car as well as by ferry, which departs every day from Marina di Massa during summer.
The holiday house is fully private with a terraced garden of approx. 2000qm.
2 to 3 cars can park in the garden.
A covered pergola with seating behind the house, another on the first floor behind it. Barbecue. Beautiful sea view. All windows have mosquito nets.
First shopping possibility in 2km, there also a pizzeria and tobacco shop.
Supermarket in Forte dei Marmi in about 5km.
The best beaches of Versilia in Forte dei Marmi are 7km away.
You drive from the road through an automatic gate into the garden.
The road to the house is hilly, with steep climbs and sharp turns. It is not recommended for inexperienced drivers, and cars that are too low and wide are not recommended.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, dining room, WC and kitchen (pizza oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, water cooker, mocha coffee machine).
Via an internal staircase you reach the first floor - here are:
- 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and window with sea view.
- 1 bathroom with shower.
- 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk bed - both have access to a balcony.
From the first floor also the large rear terrace is accessible.
On the second floor (attic) is a double bedroom with private bathroom and sea view.
Only 1 small/medium sized pet allowed.
The following might be to be paid extra: Final Cleaning, Heating, Pets, Tourist tax.

Charming house. Functional kitchen. Beautiful view towards the far away sea. 100% car dependent

Sehr ruhige Hanglage mit fantastischem Blick auf das Meer. Die Anfahrt ist über eine geteerte kleine Strasse/Weg. Das Haus ist sehr groß und mit Fliegengittern in den Schlafräumen ausgestattet. Ideal für große Familien. Wir waren nur zu dritt und haben den Raum und die Ruhe im Haus sehr genossen. Internet funktioniert einwandfrei, TV mit Privatkanälen ist vorhanden, hatten wir jedoch nie genutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einer der Söhne besitzt eine kleine nette Pizzeria im Ort in schöner Lage. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen, dort wieder Urlaub zu machen.

Das allein stehende Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, groß und sauber - entspricht den Fotos. Es ist überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Straße von Strettoia zum Haus ist kurvenreich und steil, aber das ist in der Region ja nicht ungewöhnlich. Dafür hat man einen guten Ausblick aufs Meer und eine ruhige Lage. Es gibt kaum Verkehr. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen, ob Badeurlaub in Forte dei Marmi, Bootstour, Besichtigung von Tropfsteinhöhle oder Stadtbesichtigungen.
