The original stone walls and terracotta ceilings have been completely restored.
This apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room / kitchen with a double sofa bed.
It is a 60 square meters apartment suitable for up to two + two people with an additional child available on request.
Outside large private pergola of around 40 square meters with seating for outside dining.
There is a central heating system, but there is also a wood stove with glass (to watch the fire).
Hot water is provided by solar thermal system and electricity by solar photo voltaic system
The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary pots, dishes and cutlery.

Italian countryside in person is so much BETTER than any photo. Hospitality that we received cannot be adequately described in this review - we got heart - in addition to accommodations. Everything was perfectly bucolic, from the ewe with the tinkling bell and her lambs in the grass field, puppies and mamma dog around the garden paths, to the black and white kitty on the roof of the restaurant. This was a perfect place to unwind, have some great food, and enjoy the countryside.

"There were 8 in our party and we used two of the apartments.Both apartments were clean,spacious and well equipped.The owner Mauro and his staff were all very kind,generous and helpful.They gave us lots of information that helped us to have a brilliant holiday.The children loved the animals and enjoyed feeding Miss Piggy and her friends!The pool and sauna facilities were excellent and the views and surrounding areas were spectacular and we found it a very calm,peaceful place.The location was excellent,close to shops,bars,restaurants and railway station.The pizza nights held by Mauro were brilliant,excellent food prepared by Mauro and his staff and a great opportunity to meet the other guests who come from all over the world.We would love to return one day and hope when we do Mauro has opened his own restaurant there!"
