About this house rental
Casa Concerto A is a graceful apartment located on top of a small hill. It sleeps four people. From Casa Concerto A you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valdinievole (Nievole Valley) and of the greenery. Casa Concerto A is 55 square meters (590 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montecatini Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).
Casa Concerto A is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 35 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Concerto A you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Casa Concerto is a villa in an enchanting setting atop a small hill in the center of Tuscany and only 2 km from the famous Montecatini Spa. The villa is divided into four small holiday apartments that share a garden and a pool.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: electricity; linens; towels.Available upon request: baby bed. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 50.00. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 200 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the swimming pool area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant retractable awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a marvelous view of the valley and of the hills.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are elegant. The furnishings include a sofa and an armchair. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). The room has a double-glazed large panoramic window with a view of the greenery. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a Juliet balcony. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

We stayed in Casa Concerto A. All rooms were equipped with air conditioning. The location is fantastic. Montecatini Terme is very nearby and there are lots of nice restaurants.
The place is really nice for a family, with a pool to be shared with 3 other families. The apartment has a very nice terrace with a wonderful view over the surrounding hills of Valdinievole.
The host is super nice and very helpful! We had an incredible time.

Great place good location allowing travel to all major tourist attractions.
The apartment was very clean with excellent facilities for a relaxing family holiday.
Summer in Italy were very helpful with my enquiries. They gave good advice and when we made our decision they processed the booking with no problems. I would recommend them and look forward to booking with them in the future.

Silence and terrace views. Nice grill, comfortable swimming pool. Very cosy rooms with lovely Tuscany design. Owners are polite with restraint.
