Borgo di Zacco is located above Montecatini Terme, about 750m above sea level, within chestnut and pine trees and wonderful panoramic views.
The property was carefully restored, sub-divided into two cosy apartments with a swimming pool, set in earth (8 x4,5m, internal steps, depth: 1.45 – 1.20m) at the exclusive disposal of the two apartments.

The house disposes of a garden in common for the two apartments where the swimming pool is located, equipped with shower, deckchairs and sun-umbrellas.
Each apartment has an own independent fenced outdoor area with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque

The apartment Nuvolari lies on the ground floor: entrance, living-cum-dining with sofa, SAT-TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, filter coffee brewer, 1 double bedroom with 1 bunk-bed and 1 en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with exit onto the garden, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
