Casa Concerto C is a graceful apartment. It sleeps four people. From Casa Concerto C you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valdinievole (Nievole Valley) and of the hills. Casa Concerto C is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montecatini Terme, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 yards).
Casa Concerto C is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Concerto C you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Casa Concerto is a villa in an enchanting setting atop a small hill in the center of Tuscany and only 2 km from the famous Montecatini Spa. The villa is divided into four small holiday apartments that share a garden and a pool.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.70 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by olive trees. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from mid-May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the swimming pool area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the Valdinievole (Nievole Valley) and of the hills. You will share the terrace with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are warm and elegant. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Casa Concerto C had a great terrace which was perfect for a quiet breakfast. The shared pool was very enjoyable and refreshing and the lounge chairs were great for reading.

We had a fabulous holiday, it exceeded expectations, the write up does not do it justice.
There is good air-conditioning. The kitchen area is small but hey who wants to do a lot of cooking on holiday?!! There is a large fridge/freezer. The view from the terrace is great. The pool is lovely, really good for kids as it is quite shallow, there were also some inflatables and pool toys probably left by other guests. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time, it felt like we had own private villa.
The owners were very friendly and helpful.
I always found Summer In Italy very helpful. I would use you again.

Casa Concerto was a very comfortable place to stay. The owners are very friendly. It is in a very quiet location with wonderful views.
Summer in Italy were excellent to deal with, they responded to queries very quickly and provided me with a thorough guide for renting the property. I would definitely use Summer in Italy again for booking accommodation - thank you for your assistance with our booking.
