Completely renovated and decorated with taste and attention to details, this charming and colourful apartment is located on the fourth floor of a typical Florentine building in the vibrant San Lorenzo area, two minutes away from the Medicean Chapels and right in front of the Cental Market.
This apartment can accommodate up to six people thanks to its three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The entrance opens onto a spacious and bright hallway, where a modern glass staircase leads you upstairs to the living area, which consists of a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bright and spacious lounge area with exposed wooden beams in the ceiling, featuring comfortable sofas and LCD TV with DVD player.
From the lounge you can access the first wonderful terrace overlooking San Lorenzo's Market, which leads to the incredible upper roof terrace.
This wonderful and spacious (30mq | 322sq ft ) outdoor living space offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of Florence: both these terraces are ideal spots to enjoy an aperitivo in the evening, have breakfast in the morning, or just sit back, relax and fully take in the beauty of Florence's rooftop and monuments view.
The bedrooms are located on an upper level.
The master bedroom, overlooking a peaceful, bright courtyard, features a queen size bed and a wonderful en-suite luxury bathroom. The second bedroom is also equipped with a queen size bed, whereas the third features two single beds: both bedrooms have beautiful views overlooking Florence's rooftops, San Lorenzo's Dome and the Duomo. All bedrooms have been tastefully decorated down to the very last detail, and offer a comfortable and very bright living space thanks to the large windows and the high ceilings with exposed wooden beams.
A second modern bathroom and a laundry room complete the picture for the perfect holiday rental in Florence.
Each room of the apartment has independent air-conditioning and double glazed windows toreduce noise and help with temperature control.

Apartment is 82 steps above street level. Description indicated 4th floor, but this is quite a way to haul your luggage. The building is inside an area where cars are not allowed. Apartment was otherwise as indicated however it was smaller than it looked in the pictures. The terraces were very nice and the view was pretty. Unfortunately we had no water our first morning as workers had turned it off while remodeling the unit below us. We were awoken at 7 am the remainder of our stay to the sounds of hammering and sawing. An apology and a small refund would have been appreciated. The location was the best part. The market was just at the end of the street and the Central Market was there as well. We ate and shopped happily at both.

The two terraces this apartment has are magnificent. We had all of our meals and evening wine outside. Kitchen was just okay but then again we did not cook, we only order take away/out. Showers were very small. The one in the master bedroom was super narrow. Most enjoying, no place to put your soap or shampoo. We had problems with one of the air conditioners but we were able to fix it with managers help. Overall apartment was satisfactory, nothing amazing except the terraces and the location.
Now the most unexpected thing happen late one evening while we were all sleeping,. The glass from the dinning room table exploded into million of pieces that covered the entire kitchen, stair case and lower flower. It was a real dangerous mess. We sent email to management company with pictures immediately since it was pass midnight. We stayed up 3 hours cleaning most of the glass outside the kitchen to prevent our children from stepping on it. I certainly did not want to rush to the hospital. Management company sent cleaning person following day to finish cleaning the mess in the kitchen. Unfortunately when we returned later that afternoon, we discovered our suitcases were open and money was missing. Please note I am an accountant/financial planner. I know exactly how much money I have on hand at all times. The thief was careful only to take some and not all of the cash in hopes nobody would noticed. What he didn’t know, he stolen from a person that notices anything out of place. We reported the matter to the management company. At first they said it must have been a miss understanding but after long discussions they semi-supported. In the end we lost 300 US dollars and 150 Euros. The killer was when they also kept my deposit because they couldn’t believe the kitchen glass table exploded. They blamed it all on us despite the many articles we were able to google about this.
