MAGNOLIA Holiday House - Terricciola - with Terrace, Balcony and breathtaking views - CIELO Apartment
Portion of an ancient typical Tuscan farmhouse.
The house is located in the characteristic medieval village of Terricciola, a stone's throw from all services.
The apartment, with independent entrance, is located on the first and second floor with exclusive and private access by a typical stone staircase with a habitable balcony.
The elegant apartment, over 65 square meters on two levels, is bright and welcoming with a beamed ceiling and rafters and is equipped with a large exclusive terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the hills of Pisa, a large lounge with large panoramic window facing west, large bathroom with tub and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the panoramic terrace.
On the second floor there is a very romantic bedroom and bathroom with shower, the wooden floor and the window overlooking it gives a breathtaking view.
The orientation to the west of the house offers magnificent sunsets over the olive groves and the villages lying on the hills, up to Pisa and the Apuan Alps.
Consumption and weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price.
In less than an hour's drive you can reach many cities of art and charming medieval villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Versilia, Lucca, Pisa, Siena, Florence and the beaches of the Tyrrhenian Sea.
We are 9 km from the Terme di Casciana where balneotherapy, whirlpools and beauty farm treatments are possible, from Lajatico with its Teatro del Silenzio, from Lari with the castle and the famous artisanal pasta factory Martelli and many other charming villages such as Peccioli, Palaia, Chianni etc ...

It really was a wonderful stay in Stefania and Maurizio's accommodation. The pictures reflected the accommodation very well and the sunset was fantastic every evening! The village of Terricciola is a great starting point for excursions and also offers a nice selection of restaurants and wineries. If we go to Tuscany again, we will definitely consider the flat again!

2 unvergessliche Wochen in der wunderschönen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die grünen Hügel der Toskana. Wir wurden von Maurizio mit einer toskanischen Platte und Wein nach einer langen Anreise herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, sehr gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt, und was für uns wichtig war, absolut ruhig gelegen. Es gibt kaum was Schöneres, als Frühstück auf dem Balkon bei Vogelgezwitscher und frischem Backwaren vom örtlichen Bäcker. Im Örtchen findet man alles, was man braucht, Fleischer, Gemischtwaren, Obst≥müse. Das Haus ist strategisch günstig gelegen, die Touristenattraktionen sind in einer guten Autostunde zu erreichen, wobei man Maurizios Rat, nach Florenz mit dem Zug zu fahren, befolgen sollte. Das absolute Highlight war das Abendessen bei Stefania und Maurizio. Stefania ist eine begnadete Köchin! Dank ihr wurde aus dem Abend beim Wein und Sonnenuntergang ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Vielen vielen Dank! Alles in einem, möchte man die Toskana, Land und Leute kennenlernen und durch die grünen Hügeln wandern, ist dafür die Unterkunft perfekt.

We had a lovely week in your beautiful house. It was great to wake up in a bed with fantastic view over the hills. We were received with open arms and a tapas meal with wine. Maurizio and Stefania gave us a lot of information about nice places to visit. We also enjoyed the lovely meal at your house. It was fantastic.

Die Ferienwohnung an sich war sehr schön eingerichtet und dekoriert wie auf den Fotos sichtbar. Maurizio war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die im Titel angedeuteten Mängel beziehen sich auf nicht vorhandene oder nicht bereitgestellte Leistungen, die auf der Onlineseite angezeigt wurden. Z.B. war die angegebene private Garage für uns nicht nutzbar, da der Vermieter sie für sich selbst gebraucht hatte. Da wir extra mit dem Auto nach Italien gefahren sind, hatten wir natürlich auf den Onlineseiten extra nach Anzeigen mit Garagen geschaut. Leider stand in der Onlineanzeige nichts von einer Baustelle. Sonst hätten wir die Wohnung nicht angemietet. Die Bauarbeiter fingen meistens um 8 Uhr früh an bis kurz vor 16 Uhr. Die Baustelle war direkt neben dem Haus. Wenn man einen erholsamen Urlaub bucht, möchte man keine Baustelle nebenan haben. Die angegebene Waschmaschine war auch nicht vorhanden. Maurizio hatte angeboten, die Wäsche bei ihm zu Hause zu waschen ( nicht jeder möchte seine Wäsche bei fremden Leuten waschen....umständlich bis Wäsche trocken ist und wieder in die Ferienwohnung schleppen). Ausserdem war der angegebene Fernseher auch nicht vorhanden. Maurizio brachte den Fernseher freundlicherweise ein paar Stunden später vorbei....allerdings erst auf Nachfrage. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war das Bett. Es quietschte extrem. Bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung quietschte es sehr laut. Ausserdem war ein schneller Kaffee morgens unmöglich. Der angegebene Wasserkocher war ein Wasserkessel, der sehr lange brauchte, bis das Wasser kochte. Ca. 1 Std. dauerte es. Die Induktionsplatte/-herd war nur auf eine geringe Energiezufuhr eingestellt. Unsere selbstgekochten Pasta konnten wir nach 2 Std. geniessen. Am besten bringt man sich induktionsgeeignete Töpfe und Pfannen mit. Die Auswahl in der Ferienwohnung bestand aus 1 großem Topf und 1 Milchkännchen. Die restlichen Töpfe waren nicht induktionsgeeignet. Dafür gäbe es einen Metalluntersetzer, den man unter die Töpfe auf die Platte setzt. Aber das Kochen dauert damit doppelt so lange. Es wäre nur schön gewesen, wenn man auf die Baustelle vorher aufmerksam gemacht worden wäre und nicht erst am Urlaubsort überrascht worden wäre.....oder angegebene Leistungen erbracht worden wären.
