About this house rental
Location: the house is located in the hills in Monte di Ripa (Pietrasanta), but the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. This beautiful villa offers a wonderful view of the sea while enjoying the tranquility, nature and the landscape. The area where the villa is located is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Original materials were used to build this villa, such as handmade bricks and typical stones that give the house a special appearance. Terracotta floors and wooden beams give the house a special flair. A covered patio and a large terrace, from which you have a view of the beautiful Versilia landscape, is ideal for lingering outdoors. The grocery stores are only approx. 600 m away and the sea approx. 6000 m away.
Equipment: The living area is 130 m². On the ground floor there is the typical Tuscan kitchen with dishwasher, the dining room with a large window front, the large living room with fireplace, and a bathroom with shower. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor (with wooden floor). There is a double room with private bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed can be made on request, a bathroom with bathtub.

We stayed for a week with 4 adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We loved the location, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, even Florence were easy to reach. The house is very spacious and nice, but the terrace with the view all the way to the ocean is the best! I watched every sunrise and sunset there and it made the whole holiday! The hostess is lovely, my Italian is very bad so I couldn’t tell her how nice everything was.

Séjour au calme en pleine nature excellent. Merci tout d'abord à Roberto (gérant immobilier) pour les nombreuses échanges d'informations lors de la réservation et lors de la préparation du voyage. Un grand merci également à Emilia pour l'accueil.
Au niveau du gîte, tout était aboslument parfait (propretté, emplacement, vue magnifique, espace, ...).

Die Lage am Hang und der damit verbundene Ausblick sind einfach fantastisch!
Das Haus ist sehr solide und funktional, Wasser fließt, Heizung wärmt, Betten okay. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist eher einfach, also kein Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Tablett o.ä. Und keinerlei Vorräte, etwas Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft wäre aber praktisch. Ebenso wären Sitzkissen und Auflagen für die Gartenstühle und Liegen schön gewesen.
Der Kontakt zur nebenan wohnenden Vermieterin (sehr angenehm zurückhaltend, Kommunikation ausschließlich auf Italienisch) war sehr freundlich und die Schlussabrechnung ohne Probleme.
